So in the video I break down some of the most common steps and how each can be bleeding the marketing dollar, leads, time, energy that are fed into them.

The Process

First, you spend time, energy, resources, money on marketing efforts, which gets traffic. Traffic could be foot traffic to your business, but most marketing at some point leads people to your website. Then your website needs to be effective at selling. Once they take action to call or email, you then have a lead. Then you need a solid sales process to improve your close rate. Having an effective sales process in turn helps your business grow faster and retain clients longer. Then your business needs effective customer service in order to retain clients.
